Sudoku is designed to be private by default. The app does not require account registration, does not use third-party advertising SDKs, and does not track you across other apps or websites.
The app stores only the gameplay-related data needed to provide its core experience, such as preferences, Daily Challenge progress, streaks, and statistics.
Sudoku may store the following information locally on your device:
When iCloud is available, Sudoku may sync supported app data through Apple CloudKit using your private iCloud database. This is intended to make your preferences, Daily Challenge state, and statistics available on your other devices signed in with the same Apple ID.
If iCloud sync is active, Apple may also use background push delivery to keep your private CloudKit data in sync. Sudoku does not use this for marketing notifications.
Sudoku may generate limited technical logs on the device, including local event logs and CloudKit sync diagnostics, to help detect app or sync issues. These logs are not used for advertising or cross-app tracking.
